Dr. Hugo Alonzo Rojas, MD

I have been going to see Dr. Rojas for approximately 24 years. I left for a while but came back. The south side office has improved a great deal and I have always loved seeing Dr. Rojas. My husband and I have always received excellent advice and care whenever we go to see him. I would recommend Dr. Rojas anytime. I will not be leaving again. Alice Guerra

Was charged for procedures I never had. Disrespectful and poor bed side Manner.. do not recommend him , his PA was so much better and helpful.. he’s a strange man!

The pa is rude, didn't know my medications, took 1 hour to get back in the room. Ridiculous.

They need more staff. Waiting room is always so packed. They need do do a better job on waiting on patients. Ive been here for over 2 hours waiting. All i need is refills for migraines.

Never answer the phone. Impossible to get in touch with someone.

This office is nit one i would recommend waited 5 hours to see the dr roijas.. for he was to busy so his assistant came in didn't know crap about my daughter . he had to googel the freaking medicine. This is crazy the wait and the nurses are fake. . thy were to busy hsinging happy birthday to one of the other nurses. . thy need to shut down dr roijas. He dont know what he's doing gives you anything just to get you out of his office. . and restrooms smell of urine nasty. . Walls are dirty. Nasty...

Staff is unprofessional, discourteous, and ignorant to patient rights. Wait times are horrendous, facilities are marginal at best, staff continually makes errors in billing insurance and then NEVER returns a phone call or corrects errors even after DOZENS of attempts by HUMANA and myself to contact them. Stay away from this discombobulated disgrace of an organization!

The wait was ridiculous! His staff are completely ignorant, & r too busy trying to take ur money instead of answering a few questions. After waiting a lifetime they took my blood pressure & put ne back in the LOBBY! Finally when I saw the Dr he spent Maybe 5 mins and acted like he was Sherlock Holmes. He gave me an antibiotic that I am allergic to. He's a thinks he knws it all QUACK! Then I got a bill for procedures I never did.I call every week to speak w Lucy about this matter & she's either not there, away from her desk or her voicemails is full. Dnt go to this Dr they r crooks

Would not recommend this doctor to anyone i almost died because he gave me the wrong medicine!!

I LOVE DR. ROJAS. YOU WILL NOT MEET A KINDER , MORE COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR. PROBLEM IS THAT HE IS TOO POPULAR. GETTING IN TO SEE HIM IS A NIGHTMARE. HE DOES NOT DO APPOINTMENTS SO YOU WILL LITERALLY WAIT HOURS TO BE SEEN. MOST TIMES IT IS WORTH THE WAIT..BUT CAN BE VERY HARD (THE WAIT) WHEN YOU ARE REALLY FEELING ILL.THE OFFICE STAFF FOR THE MOST PART ARE VERY UNCARING AND SEEM MORE INTERESTED IN TALKING ON THE PHONE (PERSONAL CALLS) OR TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES. THEY "ASSUME" YOU KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THEIR PROCEDURES AND DO NOT WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING. THEY ARE RESENTFUL WHEN ASKED A QUESTION AND TO MY EYE TALK DOWN TO THE PATIENTS.THE NURSING STAFF HOWEVER, THEY ARE LIKE THE DOC... UNDERSTANDING, PATIENT AND VERY KIND EVEN THO THEY DO HAVE TO TRY AND HELP AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.
