Dr. Humberto I Aguilar, MD

This Dr. and his nurses hold your information (lab results, prognoses, etc.) for ransom. They'll give it to you if you pay for another office visit. This is bilking, plain and simple. I've yet to meet or even speak with this Dr.! If you're looking for good quality healthcare, stay CLEAR of this Dr.

Dr. Aguilar is Great Dr.and he care about his patients i been with him for years love how he take care of people such good man and i thank God for making him a Dr.and letting him be my Dr. Wouldn't trade him and all the people that work for him even his PA. are so good at what they do to . I think Dr. Aguilar should experience what it’s like to go for three weeks without a bowel movement. Then I can say to him “So what if you can’t go.” Also has too many patients to see. I was still asking questions as he was closing the door behind him.

My appointment was @ 10:00. It was a first time consulate. Office staff was very friendly and professional. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was informed by his PA that Dr.Aguliar was still on the road from Dallas! 3 & 1/2 hours from where I live! They had spoke to him by phone, and he had them scheduled me for four procedures, all without me ever meeting Dr. Agulair! After thinking the matter over, I called to cancel the procedures. When The receptionist got rude about the cancellations, I asked to speak to the office administrator. I had to speak to two other people, before someone told me he would call me back. I waited five days, and then called again. Was given his voice mail this time. I have never seen a more unprofessional staff and Doctor's office. I'm not even sure it's legal for a PA to be working on site, without a doctor present?

I've always suffered from different stomach issues, and each time he was dead on with diagnosis and treatment. Scoped me once for gert/reflux, problem fixed. A year later I had very bad gastritous, he treated me closely for 3 weeks, now all gone. He has always provided ample time and his nurse was good with the follow up. I believe he is a good man and a good dr.

I have always felt rushed and never comfortable. I was having horrible indigestion and called his office. His nurse suggested I take a Prilosec. I was actually having my second heart attack of the week. After more pain, I went to the emergency room. It was never mentioned by Dr. Aguilaror his nurse. I am currently looking for another specialist.

I am a crohns disease patient and a nurse. Dr. Aguilar has no bedside manners, he thinks everyone has plenty of money to pay for the expensive medications and doctors appointments. He refuses to treat any of the horrible symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea , or pain. He uses his patients as lab rats for all of the research medications.
