Dr. Hung Chi Le

DO NOT USE THIS DR!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Dr. Hung Le refused service to my disabled sister who had a dental emergency referral and insurance because he thought she would be too much work. HE REFUSED A DENTAL EMERGENCY PT. SENT HER OUT WITH NOWHERE ELSE TO GO! HE NEVER EVEN EVALUATED HER AND THAT'S ALL WE CAME FOR. He saw her from a distance in the waiting room and could see her face swollen even with a mask on and refused her service. We waited 5 days with abscess and swollen face to see an oral surgeon because our dentist said she needs more specialized knowledge to locate the problem. HE REFUSED TO SEE HER AND KNEW IT WAS A DENTAL EMERGENCY! ABSCESSES ARE HORRIBLY PAINFUL AND DANGEROUS WHEN NOT TREATED!

I was skeptical when I booked an appointment with Dr. Le. Afraid that he was not properly trained, in fact I told my husband if I don't like the office we were going to leave. Boy, how wrong I was. Dr. Le is also an MD and his office and staff are phenomenal. In fact his assistant is a dentist herself, not a hygienist. He used the highest quality implant and even showed me the container it came in. I was also surprised that he chose not to use bovine bone but human grade bone when rebuilding my sinus lift. Evelyn their receptionist is the FIRST person ever that was able to check all my insurances, figure out the coverage and then give me an accurate cost that was pretty much spot on. Other dentists used to place a hold on my money and then would refund me the difference IF I was due any money back which I always thought was wrong that they would get to hold on to my money for 30 days. This was not at all the case with Dr. Le. He has a great bedside manner and staff, and I… have continued to see him. I have had absolutely no problems or complications with my implant.
