Front desk offices (the ladies) were very poorly trained. Insurance and patient pre-co-payment are shady and unethical

Kaiser set up my apt. went in only to find out that she is not a pediatric dermatologist. Her office made a new apt. for my daughter and sent me on my way. My bill $445 of which I had to pay $85. When i took the case up with Kaiser, Dr. Nguyen insisted she treated my daughter and she only suggested another doctor if I wanted a fallow up; yet the Dr. had her office staff set up the apt. I would never go back to this Doctor. She asked no questions of what treatment I was already doing for my two year old daughter, and right off the bat she said I should take my child to a pediatric dermatologist. Then turned around and told Kaiser she did her Job. And let me not even get started on her bedside Manners.

If I listen to this doctor, my D will be in danger. This is the worst doctor I've seen in my life :( No professional when he talk to patient at all.
