There are some cases in Collin County I've seen, My email about what he did to me proves negligence in prescribing in case something also happens to one of your loved ones. Methodist is responsible for taking action based on my email with the prescribing errors this doctor made about me and anything they might have received in the past from me or anyone else. This doctor would use my religion against me and talk about my religion. Ive seen there are alot of cases in Collin County Court with Medication Error that have cost people everything. This doctor prescribed me meds even though the nurse wrote I was crying and unable to assess notes. Ive sent an email to the hospital that anyone can subpoena. In case any damage is done to any of your loved ones. Thats documented proof of the slipping up of the prescribing practices that I experienced, whether the hospital does anything is up to them but with what I sent them that I was crying and unable to assess and he still prescribed this should work in court to prove negligence if anything does happen to any of your loved ones because of med errors by the hospital or its employees.

In my opinion I dont like being lied about and having my religion be the chief complaint to keep me at a behavioral center. I dont like my religion being talked about everyday in my medical records. I dont like being bullied. I dont like that a different psychiatrist Lloyd Dewayne Bellah was put on my notes as someone I saw, to give this psychiatrist more credibility and make it seem as if he wasnt lying in his notes in my personal opinion. I tell all this stuff to the insurance investigators at every single company so they can all jointly investigate and take action against providers that are in my opinion not right. I also ask programs like chatgpt to analyze the notes and write letters to police, whistleblower programs, doj, fbi, etc...
