Dr. Huy Ngoc Trinh, MD

I was not happy with the service of the center. My schedule for appt is at 2:30, and was in all ready and prepared. I was told the whole appt would take 2 hours from the appt time. The whole time i was waiting, till 4:30, no explanation on why am I not seen yet. It is only at 4:30 when I showed my frustration, and wheeled into the OR, was I explained by the doctor that it is a busy day, and although my appt was earlier, a patient after me had to come in first because he needs time to go to have a kidney dialysis. Now, is it a good time for me to say anything, when I am on the OR table ? Isn't the office issue to find out about the patient's condition and not doing the procedure for that patient ? Send him home to do it another day then. That is the right thing to do. What if every patients come in and say they have dialysis, surgery, or pick up kids later ? I am not saying Dr. Huy Trinh is competent in his field or not, but I think he, after all, is responsible for this and as… a patient, I did not get the fair service
