Waste of time and money. I'm suffering with digestive issues and he just brushed it off as maybe food poisoning and gave me some over the counter junk that made my symptoms worse. When I tried to follow up for a lab test neither he or his office ever got back to me. Will not be coming back.

Worst office experience ever!!! I waited oven an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and never got seen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here!!! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

What a waste of my time. He didn’t show concerns about my illness or gave any advice.

I had been referred to the Riverside Gastroenterology by my primary care physician for a colonoscopy. Upon meeting Hyman he immediately began to argue with me about my need for the colonoscopy. This went on for several minutes and only because I didn’t back down he finally gave it to the request of my primary care physician. This was the worst visit to a doctor in my entire life. After the visit I did some additional research on the other doctors in the practice and most of the reviews were not glowing, in fact it left me with a uneasy feeling about going forward with my colonoscopy with their assigned doctor. The final straw came when I receive a call from some pharmacy no where near my residence telling me that Hyman had sent them my RX for the colonoscopy prep and that after applying my insurance and a “coupon” that I still owed $50 to them before they would mail it to me. Not sure if a kickback is being paid but I never paid $50 in the past for my colonoscopy prep RX. I am… moving on and searching for a new Doctor to perform my colonoscopy. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
