The Dr spends plenty of time with you and makes sure you understand everything. Never rushed or hurried, I appreciate his professionalism and care

Always sent to urgent care. Was told they did NOT take walk ins doctor is never available. Absolutely no follow up on procedures. Would never recommend.

When I first went to him, I was told if needed, walk in and I would be seen. Now I'm told even if he has office hours and its urgent, go to urgent care. Not acceptable Doesn't talk to patients on the phone. It's unusual to get a return phone call.

office staff are the worst I have ever encountered. Rude, lazy, you name it. They couldn't care less.Dr. Cho is good...Employees are a disaster.

In the beginning Dr. Cho was easy to get an appointment. Now the scheduling wait is at lease 2 weeks. If it's urgent, even during office hours, you are instructed to go to urgent care

After moving back to the desert last year I decided to find a new doctor. I've been very happy with the choice. The wait time is short, the examination thorough, and the followup is excellent.

He schedules patients so there is never a long wait. Never more than 2 or 3 in waiting room. Spends a good amount of time with patient. Faxes rx directly to pharmacy which is a great convenience.Front office very well organized but not very pleasant

The office staff needs some organization. I signed a consent to have medical records transferred 2 weeks prior to my appointment and they weren't there.
