Dr. Ichun Ou, MD

She was 30 minutes late and did not know what she was talking about. She told me that acne and rosacea were on the same spectrum. She also suggested that I switch pills without weaning off to them (which can be really dangerous). I didn't even want to switch pills but she insisted. She then asked me to have all of these tests, which had nothing to do with my appointment. It was like she was just trying to guess what was going on and have me take as many tests as possible. I will not go back, as her advice is wrong and dangerousus

Unlike other doctors(rushing for the set 10 mins appointment) at KP, Dr. Ou is willing to spend her time to listen & answer your questions. Alougth the waiting time is a little bit longer, but it's definitly worth it because she's really care about her patients. I'll recommend her to my friends and family members.

Dr. Ou does what many physicians do not do--she listens to the patient and is flexible in her analysis of a medical problem.
