The only thing is Dr White spoke so fast explaining procedure. I think he could win an award for most words per minute. It'd be helpful to slow down a tad. That being said, he is an excellent doctor in whom I had full confidence.

This was a consult and Dr White explained everything in layman's terms, with illustrations. He listened to my concerns and questions and answered them without a hint of dismissal or annoyance. I felt listened to and not rushed at all.
