I waited for about 25 minutes in the waiting room, Then another 15 minutes after nurse took vitals. Although I believe the diagnosis by Dr. Cyprus was accurate, she did seem disinterested in my case overall.

I have gone to Dr Cypress for 4 years. She is very knowledgeable and does not hurry through the appointment. She takes time to explain and answer questions. When I first started going to her, I also felt she was all business and not very friendly but now I find her friendly, warm and caring. I trust her with my medical care

I love Dr Cyprus....didn't always. After my first visit I thought she was direct, very knowledgeable, and not extremely friendly. But later on I realized she is very thorough and can always diagnose my ailments. She saved my life by insisting that I get an immediate blood transfusion and prescribed the correct tests that I needed. I want a doctor who gets the job done in one visit .

I agree completely with the other reviewer about poor bedside manner...it's cringe-worthy. Its apparent that she is very very smart, but I just can't see her as my provider any more. I've seen her for a couple of years for my off and on medical needs...but I just can't take her abrupt, almost aggressive manner anymore.

Totally lacked warmth. Good clinically, doesn't know how to interact on a personal level. I was really freaked out by her manner. But I must say that she's very knowledgeable, just not the right doc for me
