Dr. Idelfia Altagracia Marte, MD

After nine years of being treated at the Florida Cancer specialist by the same doctor, that doctor retired and I was given Dr Marte ! I was scared at first since I had created a relationship with my other doctor and I was afraid that Dr. Marte might not continue the same treatment that has kept me alive and have a good quality of life but much to my happiness she has decided to keep my treatment the same and not change anything! I was very relieved because I’ve never been in remission and by the grace of God , the treatment that I receive every 21 days is great and so I thank Dr. Marte for keeping me on what my other doctor had me on! She made me feel comfortable and listens to what I told her, since she had just met me, she gave me respect and treat me like a person and also I got the feeling that she really cares about me as a person not just another patient, you have to have a relationship and put your full trust into your doctor when dealing with your life, you have to feel… comfortable around them and be able to tell them whatever you need to! I would recommend Dr. Marte, I have only saw her twice but she has proven to me that she cares!

Dr. Marte is incredibly compassionate and caring. She helped me throughout my illness and I would highly recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Marte,Gives false hopes to patients who are terminally ill. She should not continue to be a physician Cancer patients need to know the truth about there out come, I feel that Dr. Marte killed my mother in law because she did not fully inform us of the after effects of the Kemo that she had my mother in-law take.
