They go above & beyond with the coviD safety regulations right now. I’ve been going here for several years & the PA’s do seem to rotate in & out. But I’ve been given pretty good care. I always feel listened to & get a message adjustment when needed.

Dr. Arene, your office staff don't know what they're doing and they are harming your business and your reputation. Your clinic is having a technology problem with YOUR merchant card services partner. You. Not your patients. And telling your patients that "Mastercard is having a problem" and that you can't process co-pays from HALF OF ALL U.S. cardholders is not option. Telling your patients who have appointments (online appointments for that matter, who aren't even remotely near your offices) that the ONLY solution is for them to leave their work or childcare to PHYSICALLY DRIVE A $30 CO-PAYMENT over to your office in person in the middle of the day (over a 90-minute round trip) is not an option. It isn't 1975. Your rude office manager had ZERO ideas of how to resolve your card processor problem and is actually telling your patients to "call around to friends and family" to find someone with a VISA debit card so that they can make the $30 co-payment for the patient over the… phone. THAT was her best idea. She needs to stop telling people that this is "a Mastercard issue". This is NOT a Mastercard issue. My Mastercard works with EVERY other business except yours. And up until this appointment, it has worked with yours too. This is a problem with YOUR MERCHANT CARD SERVICES PROVIDER. Your employees said your processor recently had an update and it caused this problem. Your office needs to develop a short-term work-around. Examples include: -Temporarily invoice co-pays for long-time patients with a proven a track record of full and timely payment. -Establish a temporary Square account (it can be done in a matter of minutes online) to process any cards that your merchant processor is currently unable to process. -Temporarily waive co-pays until the issue is resolved. -Escalate the technical issue you are having with YOUR card processor to a higher authority and demand a timeline for its resolution. Both the person who answered your main phone line and your "office manager" repeatedly interrupted me, spoke over the top of me when I was talking, and could not offer one competent solution. Additionally, your office manager said that you will not speak to patients (even when it is an urgent matter such as this) without booking an appointment which may take weeks and that you may opt not to speak to me at all because that's "the office manager's job". Dr. Arene, my daughter, your patient, is unable to get her medications (that help with depression, anxiety, and ADHD) because your office manager is unable to figure out how to take a $30 co-pay. And she says it is YOU that will not allow her to work around your system which has broken. Ma'am, it is your name on the door and your reputation. I would assert that you need to fix this. You know this patient. You have met with her yourself. She is presently unmedicated for some severe symptoms. And she is very concerned about the impending start of the new school year and whether the prescribed adjustments in her medications (that were recommended by the doctor in your practice today) will improve her symptoms, quality of life, and readiness for school. But we can't do any of that your assistance in resolving this matter. Today. Please. Cross-posting this negative review to Facebook, Yelp, Healthgrades, WebMD, Vitals, and any other review sites I can find until this matter is resolved.

Please don't make the say mistake I made by if ignoring these negative reviews. I was treated in Ifeoma's clinic by Dr. Emily Vasiliou. The day she first prescribed me she said about my ADHD test, "have you gotten your results back?" and proceeded to prescribe medicine (how could she know if I actually had ADHD or why taking test if they weren't going to check them anyways?) I got a bad reaction to the second prescription I got from. When I texted her about me getting negative reactions she didn't reply back, and her staff told me that as I had requested a change of medication I had to make an appointment a week later and that I should "keep taking the medicine prescribed until the following week" even if I expirenced bad reactions. They billed me directly the second visit because they screwed up a request with my insurance. Just don't GO there! A lot of "cool vibes" from this 3 years old of expierence doctor, but besides that I felt treated like stupid ATM.

Had an appointment for my two children that we are adopting with Dr. Arene this morning. The kids have been using her for a while now. After the hour drive from our house to the office, the lady at the desk informs us that the kids are no longer in network. When asked why the office did not even bother to call and let us to let us know, I was told that they called the previous caretaker of the children. I might be able to understand this, but not only did they update all of our info (name, and numbers) last time we were there with the kids, but I also spoke to the previous caretaker and was informed that they did not call her either. Not to mention, the Dr. was not even in town.

I was a patient here for years. The practice seems to decline with each office move. When I finally stopped seeing these doctors, things were bad. The office rarely answered the phone or return calls. My last 3 appointments were at least an hour behind schedule. I found a new doctor and it took 5 weeks to inform them because they don’t answer the phone. You are seriously a $ here.

The doctor was actually pretty nice but the staff are horrible I would never recommend this place they sit there and badmouth patients right in front of you

Unfortunately this office does not listen to what services are requested. No one in the front knows what's going on. They just say yes they can provide the service even when its later confirmed that they do not. Furthermore they refuse to refund your money when the needed service is not provided. Fraud is a strong word; however, I feel I have been defrauded out of a significant amount of money. AND it has not helped my son in any way. Very disappointed. I am not sure how you expect repeat business running an office this way. Hard way to run a doctors office.

SHORT VERSION: Dr. Arene is unethical and greedy. She will ask new patients to submit to a urinalysis test, AND a blood test, ostensibly for their own good. Then the “independent lab” that does the testing will charge you like $5,000 or so! Here’s the kicker: Dr. Arene is part owner of this “independent lab”, and stands to make a profit! LONGER VERSION: My advice would be to see the above, and ask yourself, “Do I already know if I am addicted to meth or coke or pot or pain pills? Do I really need someone to test me to get this answer for me? For my own good, supposedly? Knowing that laws about privacy are always subjected to being changed at the whims of lawmakers, AND that supposedly private information gets hacked often, am I willing to have Dr. Arene have these kinds of test results on file about me? Do I want to pay $5 k, or a co-pay on that?” New patients would be wise to ask Dr. Arene and/or her staff about these things, and ask if they can become patients WITHOUT… these tests. Also please be aware of this: If you get a bill for this $5 K or so, and you did NOT consent to paying it, ahead of time, then object to the staff! Do not pay the bill, since you did not consent to it! And they can bill you all that they want, but they can NOT turn this in to a bill collector! My best advice is, if at all possible, find a better doctor… One who cares a wee tad more about the patients, and a LOT less about abusing the system, and the patients, for financial gains!

You can trust her

The office staff is deplorable. If you leave a message on voicemail or with a person your chances of being answered are slim to none. The only reason they call you is because they have to change your appointment. If there is a problem with paperwork they don't call. I love the doctor, but without the office workers being able to communicate we had to change doctors. If I can't communicate any issues that come up between appointments requiring med changes or forms signed for school/work then what good is this place? There's no way to reach this doctor unless you are in front of her. The office staff has NEVER even noted my messages or emails in my file. It isn't like I call daily and nag, but rather that these workers are ether lazy or unorganized, maybe both. If you don't want to HELP PEOPLE get out of the medical field!
