Dr. Borisov is easy to get an appointment with because he is a bad doctor.

your money, your time - he will waste it.

Do NOT go here unless you want to be incorrectly billed and disrespectfully treated! Rita in the billing department is unreasonable, manipulative, dishonest, and spiteful. So much so that she wrongly claimed a "no show" on zocdoc so that I could not leave a negative review (unfortunately I could not leave this review on zocdoc.com)! In short, I went in for a well visit/physical exam (fully covered by my insurance) and I was billed out of pocket for a sick visit for responding to the doctors inquiry if anything was bothering me. Naturally, I called the office to discuss the billing error, and Rita went completely bonkers on me. Ultimately, she wouldn't let me speak to anyone else in the office, told me she is going to immediately bill the credit card I had in file without my authorization, and she was also going to call the insurance company to complain about me!

New in town and was recommended by my orthopedist. Got in at appointed time, explained everything to me....took a little time to absorb my health concerns and questions.

Dr. Borisov is wonderful and caring. I really liked him. Unfortunately, the rest of his staff was very rude and did not seem to care about me as a patient. I started going there when I most to Denver because I wanted a local doctor to fill my anti depressant prescription that I have been on for four years. They require that you come back every three months if you want a refill. This is the only office that has made me do this. I think it's a way to make money. It was inconvenient and when I was out his office told me tough luck until I made an appointment. And they only had two openings for that week, their of which worked for me since I work full time. Antidepressants are not something you can just hop on and off of. They did not seem to care and did not let me know until me and the pharmacy had made a few calls to them that they would not get me set up for another month. I called my old doctor and he refilled me for the month while I search for a new doctor.

Recently,we went to see Dr.Igor B Borisov.We had worst experience with one of the staff member as she is very rude and literally shouting at us.Doctor came across as a very polite and compassionate person.

Dr. Borisov is a great Doctor! As a woman, I'd usually not want a male doctor but I feel totally safe as having him as my physician. Has been for about a year & 1/2. Listen's well & is knowledgable & ver professional. The only qualm I have is about his office's not-so-friendly staff & their 'new' policy of REQUIRING appointment's for patient's who would normally call in & pick up thier perscriptions (which cannot be called in) since it take's a couple days to get an appointment just to get a refill/new perscription written & if your like me and wait till when your practically or all out of pills it can be quite difficult to get your script.

Few months ago I went there for my medical examinations for INS, great job on that and thanks so much! But I wasn't please with one of the office girl I don't know why she decide to be mean, but I wasn't there to deal with her so I ignore my heart feelings. Beside that thanks again for my great prepared INS forms. That was so professional!
