After calling the office to find out lab results for my son, the Office told me it's not in yet and assured me that they will reach out in case the ubnormal results should come. Since 4 weeks passed and no one contacted me, I called the office again just to find out that the results came and no one would go over it over the phone with me. That my son and I should make an appointment to see a doctor. Since the doctor is on vacation, it will be another week to get the results. I explained that my son is leaving back to college and can't see the doctor in a week. Finally, after speaking with someone in the office, they decided to let me know that results came abnormal and antibiotics need to be prescribed. It's been 4 weeks and the office never reached out to me. The problem that my son had was untreated for 1 month because no one reads the reports. No doctor to talk to. No one to answer my questions. Took me so much fights to get my results to be sent to me so I can take it to a… different professional. Very money hungry doctor, extremely unprofessional office. STAY AWAY!! VERY UNPROFSSIONAL!!!!!

I don’t recommend to go this awful office. He is cheating to make extra money. Bad experience!

The waiting is insane, why take 40 o 50 patients in one day????? I know the money is everything for doctors but arrrrr I always wait 4 to 5 hours in this office......I am not coming back??

Made appointment with doctor a week in advance, got confirmation from office stuff day before. Came to the office to find out that when they check insurance card online they misunderstood information and did not call insurance help desk to resolve their mistake. Doctor came to front desk and said Pay me $150 Cash and i will see you. i was speechless to hear this. Next morning we had 3 way call with office and insurance and prove that secretary in Dr.Ryndin office did not do her job correctly. Its a shame for the doctor to behave like he did and not train stuff how to treat patients. I would not come back.

Saw me while in hospital... installed catheter told to follow up in his office next week...made appointment got call Monday to confirm my visit..made all arrangements ($700.00 ambulance on stretcher) and arrived early... told I was not in system!! No one? knew anything of course; filled out form and then told my insurance was not accepted!! So he accepted same insurance in hospital but not in the office?!? My nurse called said staff member was rude to her... Doctor wouldn't come out to see me and was told to go home!.. No apologies.. nothing... Avoid at any cost!!!!

I felt that Dr. Ryndin is more interested in making money than providing high quality care. My nephew is a urologist. I went to Dr. Ryndin with a known prostate problem carrying the records of from my previous urologist. Dr. Ryndin advised me that my records are old and that he would be repeating all of my studies. He scheduled me for prostate biopsy without a PSA or other indication. I am 37 years old. why would I have prostate cancer? My nephew reviewed Dr, Ryndin's recommendations and recommend that I find a more qualified urologist. Save yourself a trip. Go elsewhere.

I was referred to Dr.Ryndin by my general physical. He was able to diagnose my condition after an ultra sound exam, prescribed some meds. Within a week I'm back to normal.

The worst doctor ever!!! The worst service in the office. Durty and discusting!!!!
