This is the first time my diabetes has been in control in 20 years! She is caring and professional!

Since being under her care, this is the first time in 20 years that my diabetes has been under control! She is caring and professional, and would recommend her to anyone! I don't want to leave out her medical assistant, ELier, he is Awesome as well and is always there to help! Thank You!

Endocrinologists are important health providers. I chose Dr. Krysiak because of her reviews. I soon learned that she was NOT as patients have said. I had previously booked a return visit for 1 year later to monitor a goiter. After getting my blood work done, I received an email stating that my results were available. In the results, she wrote that she would not be available and to reschedule because of a vacation. No phone calls to update her patients to see if they could come earlier. This was 3 weeks before the appointment. I rescheduled for the week before her vacation. I was told that I did not have an appointment and that she only wanted to tell me that I needed a biopsy. No apology. She refused to let me see another doctor. She appeared upset because I had this appointment and the portal should not have let me book this appointment. Do yourself a favor and choose a doctor that respects and cares about her patients.

While I respect Dr Krysiak, the office could be run much better. I am so grateful I only have to visit her in frequently and because I care about the whole picture, 3 stars.

Worth the wait. I did have to wait which seem to be a long time to see her but when I did she was genuine, intelligent, caring, dedicated and made me feel I was in competent hands . I have just started with her so I can’t say anything further but my first impression is I’ve come to the right place

My initial appointment with Dr. Krysiak was very impressive. I liked her thorough explanation of my condition and the possible remedies. She is knowledgeable, personable and matter of fact when it comes to explaining medical related issues. What impressed me the most was the fact that she immediately took action in resolving the issue that I was having with a large nodule on my thyroid. Instead of having me come back for another appointment at a later date, she immediately performed an additional ultrasound resulting in her doing the fine needle aspiration biopsies right in her office. I was so grateful that she acted immediately rather than having me wait. I felt that she sensed my nervousness and was sensitive to my feelings. This is a really important quality to me when selecting a doctor.

She is cold with no compassion. I am a diabetic and she NEVER checked my eyes or my feet. In fact, she never even touched me and never examined me! The worst. Do not go to see her!

Bad experience.Very long waiting time.Wait time exceeds more than 1 hour before being seen! Unprofessional and rude receptionist.She should improve her bedside manners and carry more about patients. Very hard to schedule follow up appointments.This office does not return phone calls.Never going to this Dr. again!!!
