Dr. Ilia Segal, MD

"My wife has been without the medicine prescriptions she is supposed to take for over a month on two and over 6 months on another. Called a dozen of times. Caremark Mail order sent more than a dozen messages. I always get the same old tired deflection response from the office staff, about leaving messages for the doctor. Even after I told them she was out of meds. Don't know if there is some kind of office feud going on and I appear to be caught in the middle of it. But, they are all being totally unprofessional and endangering my wife's health. They do not seem to care about it, the many times I called them. She saw the doctor on a visit this month. "

I have been with dr Segal for over thirty years. He is the best dr. Kind. Compassionate and very knowledgeable. Adore him. Tammy is fantastic

I was impressed with the dr. At my first visit. However, I was unable to get the follow up tests he ordered because neither I or the testing facility could get a call back. Hence, my test had to be postponed. I hope the office calls to approve my test before my next appointment.

Dr Segal indicated that I need a sleep study in order to prescribe the appropriate CPap. This was almost 4 weeks ago but I have not heard from Dr Segal's office nor the the Sleep Study group. I called 3 times and each time the office staff blames it on someone. I guess I have to see another doctor and spend money again
