Dr. Iliana Angelica Neumann, MD

As a patient of three years, I am absolutely stunned by the profound lack of professionalism that has taken over since 2026. The new front desk staff are clearly untrained, lack basic communication skills, and behave in a manner that suggests very low intelligence. They are entirely out of place in a public-facing medical clinic, happily closing down the window shields right in front of patients, gossiping behind your back, or texting the doctor to better prepare their 'attack'. Rather than correcting this, Dr. Neumann actively defends and takes the side of her incompetent staff instead of protecting her patients. The entire environment has severely degraded, no patient should be exposed to that, let alone children patients, and I can no longer recommend this practice to anyone.

Awful practise, all they care about is money. They will bill you for your annual check up , she will try to make you book as many appointments as possible to go back as much as possible and charge you for additional visits. You will feel rushed and you will not feel you had a thorough check up.
