Dr. Ilya Likhterov is an otolaryngology-head and neck surgery specialist who earned his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College. He completed his residency training at UCSF Medical Center, building a strong foundation in surgical techniques for ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditions. With 17 years of experience in practice, Dr. Likhterov has developed expertise in treating complex conditions affecting the head and neck region.

Dr. Likhterov practices at several prestigious medical centers, including Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center, UCSF Helen Diller Medical Center at Parnassus Heights in San Francisco, and multiple locations in Minnesota including Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital in Saint Louis Park and Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
