Not good when you're in crisis

Doesn't have genuine human compassion. Must not review your file before your appointment because she doesn't remember anything. Always in a hurry to end the appointment. Does not listen to patient's concerns. Speaks in a condescending manner. Constantly asks you 'Does that make sense?' Wait a few months to see someone else. It's not worth the unpleasantness.

I've seen Dr. Rosenberg about 6 times now via teleconference and have always found that she does not remember a single thing about me, my prognosis, my triggers, concerns, etc. I realize she has many patients but you'd think that with an electronic record of notes of all visits there would be some kind of recollection or even just faking it. I'm asked the same questions about my personal life each time I visit and I give the same answers. It's as if she simply does not do her homework before her patient is seen and has no idea who she's speaking to. This has even occurred during visits in which she asked a question, I've provided an answer and later during the same visit she asked the same question. She seems to simply sit and squint at her computer screen the entire time I'm "visiting" her. It makes me feel like she's not listening to me at all. I'm not being heard. It just always feels very inhuman and cold. I personally am seeking treatment outside of her and the business that… she works for as I'm not at all impressed with what should be a human organization considering the sensitivity of the work they do. I wouldn't even see her as a general practice doctor let alone someone who works in mental health.
