Dr. Imran Baig, MD

Arrive 9:15 for 9:30 appointment. Completed new patient paperwork by 9:30. Waited a full hour in waiting room for without seeing the Dr. before leaving. First visit so I can't comment on the Dr himself, but first impression is poor time management. My time is also important. I called them after I arrived to work asking to get my copay credited back to my card which they agreed to do without problem.

Great doctor! Horrible staff. Was able to get an appointment right away. But the staff was horrible. Snotty nurse does not listen to the issue before giving her opinion on what she thinks is wrong. Ummm excuse me my chronic condition is not new to me. You are! First visit was not good and neither was the second encounter. I will not be going back.

They are under new staff and mangement and I can honestly say toddles there doing a great job! The clinic looks so clean and the nurses are so nice. My referral to specialist took 1 day. The front office was very sweet and took me as a walk in no appointment!!. The nurse who took my vitals was very patient and treated me like a person not a patient and the doctor was very understanding. Not to mention there weigtloss side employees even said goodbye when I left!

Sanitation of office is extremely poor!No hand soap in patients room or rest room. Filthy rest room!

My experience at this clinic was great. I called to see if I could go in because I was sick and I was around the corner from the office. (I had called other clinics in the area and they all required an appointment). They told me I could just go on in. I was seen in no time. Everyone there was good to me. I was satisfied.

I took my daughter to Dr Baig when she was 2 weeks old for her first check up. I waited for almost an hour, just to wait another hour in the room. He was a sweet man, but oh the staff is horrible. The rooms look so dirty. The nurses are chatting away in the lobby noisily. And they are so un organized. They gave me such a hard time with my medicaid and even made me pay in cash on one occasion. Needless to say I left them fast. Once I found a new doctor, they told me that my daughter was missing 3 vital vaccines that she should have received. I was so upset. It was ignorance on my part to have not checked she was getting her proper vacines, but it was so unethical of the clinic to not inform me she was missing the vaccines. Stay away. You will spend hours waiting here and will receive poor service.

I took my son to this doctor twice. The first time we waiting 3 hours and the second we waited 4 hours. Not going there anymore!!!

He is very intelligent and well mannered. he is empathetic and spends time with you to make you comfortable. America's Top pediatrician Award for 2008. Highly recommended doctor.
