Dr. Imran Zaffer, MD

Dr. Zaffer is very knowledgeable and caring. His staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Zaffer performed a few procedures on me and literally saved my life. His calming demeanor is not found so readily in drs today. I highly recommend Dr. Zaffer.

The office is a production shop, assembly line set-up with minimal regard for the patient. I went in for a very routine colonoscopy simply in-line with one every so many years with no concerns at all. Dr. Imran Zaffer requires two additional visits aside from the procedure simply to bill them out. The first visit he asked personal, non-medical related questions - none of his business. The third was a five second phone call to tell me what he told immediately after the colonoscopy just s he can bill it out as another office visit. They then billed everything out as if there was a health concern with the colonoscopy which is not the case; this is not covered by insurance as a result. When I called they refused to change. His billers are inept also as they billed it all out at their standard rate not the insurance mandated contracted rate, When I questioned that they blamed it on a compute error - not true. No portal for payment - still stone aged, paper based. Poor all around.
