By far this is the worst practice you deff do not want to go to!!! From staff to to the doctor himself they do not care about you! Their staff is super rude to the extreme from a woman name T to the front reception lady named Tracy, they don’t understand you’re going to health issues and they don’t seem to care. The doctor himself he is a joke! Puts my wife on beta blockers due to palpitations, and tells her this medication will not lower your heart rate. You’ll be just fine. He says It’s not the first time he’s prescribed this medication to his patients. Also he says If you faint then we’ll know that the mediation is bother you. This is exactly what the doctor told us while we were at his office when he prescribed the medication for my wife. So we end up at the ER last Friday due to my wife having reactions to her beta blocker, after we left the ER we were told to see our cardiologist with 24 hours to follow up, we call their office, they said the doctor is not in and won’t be… back until Tuesday, so this practice doesn’t have an emergency line to discus with doctor? Anyways. We wait 4 days. Comes Tuesday, no one has even called us to follow up. So we call around noon time to follow up, this chick named T is inform us she completely forgot to talk to the doctor and now he won’t be back in until tomorrow. But they’ll try to get a hold of the doctor and call us before they close at 5pm. We don’t get a call so. We decide to call them at 4:30pm. Only to find out, they spoke to our doctor and the doctor told his staff to GO FIND ANOTHER CARDIOLOGIST. !!! Bottom line. They put us on beta blocker, we have reactions and they don’t wanna deal with us? instead they’re office is laughing over the phone when we asked for our results and copies of our tests. We could hear them on the background mumbling. When I say these people are very unprofessional, rude to the point they laugh at your face. I have never experienced this with any doctor in our lives and in times of need we rely on doctors but this guy does not deserve his practice nor to treat any patients. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE! SEE A DOCTOR WHO ACTUALLY CARES FOR YOUR WELL BEING.
