She was the best doctor I’ve had- was my doctor for over 10 years- always listened to my concerns. I felt like it was a team approach instead of just telling me what to do.

She's now doing Botox injections in Roseville and my experience has been horrible. She injected me and then left the country for 14 days, leaving me with zero aftercare resources for a serious complication. She gaslighted me on the phone and was not truthful with me on multiple occasions. She cuts you off when you're speaking more than 70% of your sentences. She doesn't listen and is constantly trying to use verbal gymnastics to reframe situations, instead of being thorough and accountable.

I felt like she doesn’t really care about me and just rush to get me out.

A horrible experience that I will not repeat. She was late for the appointment, rude and wasted my time. Did not listen to my medical concerns and was in a hurry to end my appointment. Veterans deserve doctors that care about their patients. The VA needs to screen their doctors better. This is really sad.

Dr. Rathore is a wonderful, caring professional who always listens to what I have to say before asking probing questions and suggesting solutions. This is so very important to me that a doctor with her intelligence and background gives me first priority when she is focused on my needs and issues. She solves problems in PARTNERSHIP with me and provides care in response to MY needs, without TELLING me what is wrong or what to do. She SUGGESTS solutions and gives me options. That is exactly what I am looking for in a medical professional. A true partner in health, she is on my A-TEAM.
