Worst DR ever. Only cares about protecting herself from risk and billing the max amount. Worst service and does not accept any sort of fault if her office makes a mistake. Experienced it multiple times. STAY SAFE & STAY AWAY!

Wait time is horrible. Don't recommend this doctor.

No communication skills from personnel to actual doctor. My 13 year old son went in for a urine test, I waited in the waiting room and the doctor didn't even come out to discuss results. My son had to tell me she referred him across the street for blood work due to abnormal results. I requested to talk to Dr. Vence and she instructed me that I should have went to her to discuss the results. This place is a joke..No professionalism and a very condescending "doctor"! Stay away!

Dr Vence is a wonderful Doctor. She cares about her patients and takes the time to address all your concerns. Highly recommend!

This year due to overwhelming medical bills in the past my family has changed to an hmo. Never having been on an hmo, I was so nervous about getting a new dr. Dr Vence accepted us and we didn't even need a primary care appt. She has gotten us in on the same day when needed and seems to have a great variety of hours. Although you might wait a little for an appt. She listens patiently, and explaines her diagnosis. She is not one to send you to a specialist right away, if she thinks she can help. Seems to have a wide knowledge base and hasee definately saved me money. Her nurse is kind, and she never rushes me out or seems in a hurry. I would definately recommend her to anyone.

I've been a patient of Dr. Vence for over 20 years, and recommended her to family members who are now patients. I've trusted her with my life and my family's lives, and the few times that trust has been put to the test, she came through at the top of her game. What higher recommendation can you give than that? If I've ever been in distress, I get in that day. The staff is extraordinary in every way, and one of her greatest assets. Reception room wait time is surprisingly short, even though once you're in with Dr. Vence, her entire focus is on you. You can bring in a three-page set of questions, and she'll patiently answer every one of them. You're not just a patient, you're a real person. She gets an "A" as a diagnostician consistently. Specialists she refers to are as good as they get, and she initiates open and constant communication with them on your behalf so everyone is on the same page. It's true she requires periodic re-checks if you're on meds. I much prefer a doctor… who monitors my prescriptions, takes me off them if they are no longer needed, and who takes the time to do a blood test to make sure there are no negative affects, or to determine if something needs to be changed. I'd rather partner with a doctor who is pro-active rather than reactionary any day. With Dr. Vence, I believe I am getting the best medical care out there.

To start with wait time is worst, all my visits i was never called within 45 mins. Diagnosis skills are very very bad. She never questions you about symptoms and try to figure out problem. She just write some medications based on the problem you explains and makes you visit again and again suggesting follow-up, etc(Beware you have to pay CO-PAY for follow-up and she will bill you Insurance company also for follow-up appointment). When she takes Blood sample for testing she can also take urine sample. One visti she takes blood and another visit urine while you are suffering in pain all those days. BAD Doctor for Humans.
