We attempted to cancel my daughter's appointment last minute. I would've been fine paying a penalty, but that wasn't offered. Instead, she insisted we keep the appointment. My daughter wasn't feeling well and Dr. Hrabowy, instead of letting her cancel or reschedule, took 40 minutes to lecture and scold her. My daughter's tears didn't make her pause. My daughter was vomiting, had a fever and the way Dr. H treated her was unacceptable. I also find it odd she wouldn't answer me directly. When I attempted to explain and stick up for my daughter, she raised her voice and told me she would only speak to my daughter.

She is the best counselor I have ever seen, and I have seen quite a few over the years. Outstanding!

Rude amd condescending. The worst 'professional' I've ever seen. She shouldn't be licensed to interact with anyone

DO NOT GO TO HER. She is rude awful and repulsive, she doesn’t know how to treat human beings with dignity and respect. Not sure how she is in the career field she is in because I think she’s the one that needs therapy. Rude nasty and disrespectful. Not helpful. Awful. Run far away!!!!!!
