Dr. Ingrid Lorena Acuna Eaton, MD

I did not have to wait long for my appointment which was nice. Dr. Acuna was very attentive to my medical needs and explained in detail what prescriptions and doses I should be taking to help me with a health issue. She is very easy to talk to and takes the time to listen. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

Dr. Acuna was very considerate during my examination. I had long list of many questions and she took the time to answer all of them. Some doctors rush through in a hurry but, she was friendly and attentive to my needs. Incredibly observant and experienced. She even followed up later with a nice email detailing and explaining the results from the exam.

She is very responsive when I come in. She listens to me and actually hears what my concerns are. She offers constructive suggestions and prescribes medicine if necessary. She recommends specialists when necessary also. Dr. Acuna-Eaton is friendly, intelligent, & well informed. and willing to explain things.

I gave Ingrid L Acuna-Eaton a second chance to redeem herself - however, her second performance was even lower than the first. The fact that she carries an M.D. behind her name is without a doubt a head scratcher. Posing as a doctor, Ingrid Acuna-Eaton is the epitome of what one does NOT want to encounter when seeking medical advice. Between not having any knowledge on ANY of the health subjects that I needed medical attention in - she is very quick to prescribe and defer. Acuna-Eaton (it just doesn't feel right to use "Dr.") spent more time staring at her cell phone than speaking to me. I thought for sure I was on the show, "What would YOU do" as I couldn't believe she was for real. It's hard to imagine any patient would feel a sense of confidence in Acuna-Eaton. I left there in overwhelming shock that it was an actual doctor appointment that I am going to be billed for!

Dr Ingrid, was excellent! Very personable and pleasant, shows concern for welfare as digs deeper than the general MD as to what may be the cause of my malady. Remember all the details from my previous visit and even call the house a couple of times to make sure medicine was working and I was doing better. To bad all doctors aren't like her.

She does not listen to what your concerns are, she recommends tests and vaccines you don't need and changes her own policies on renewed prescriptions without telling you.

English is not first language. I recommend her for Spanish-speaking patients only. I wanted to ask her more questions, but she was already out the door.

Lied about FDA rules on medications(I checked). Did not follow up with test results, just sent me the results with no explanation for what the results mean. Wont allow me to refill prescriptions until I am completely out. So I guess I'm not allowed to go on vacation until AFTER I get a refill. I don't trust her and will never go back.
