Dr. Ingrid Edwinah Desroches, MD

Dr. Desroches is kind, professional and truly cares about her patients. She takes her time to explain each visit and what milestones we should be meeting. She answers all of my questions warmly and remembers their history so she knows when they are off. As a first time Mom, I feel lucky to have her as my pediatrician.

My child had stomach virus infection and fatigued for a while, but she said nothing wrong with her and she just made excuse to stay home!!! She just checked by Stethoscope only and didn't do any tests or anything. Two days late, I took her Urgent care and a doctor told us her stomach was gurgling a lot and still infected. He prescript the antibiotic medicine and did stool tests.

I brought my son in because he had irregular breathing patterns which she specifically told us “was normal” and to not worry about it. My son ended up in the emergency room via instructions from another doctor.

She is one of the best pediatricians I’ve ever met!!! When I had my first child, I conducted a very thorough search on pediatricians and was very worried about finding the perfect one for my daughter. Dr. Desroches couldn’t have been any more perfect. She’s a professional who is extremely detail-oriented, patient, and kind. I had a million questions and she would answer every single one at every single visit. She’s invested in her patients and truly cares. I’ve never felt rushed while in her care. She’s timely, which was a huge concern for me at the beginning of my search. She understood that I wanted to breastfeed and always supported and encouraged my journey! When I wasn’t producing enough milk, she was very supportive and helped me through it. When I told her I don’t want to give my child cow’s milk formula, she was supportive and helped educate me on my selected vegan based formula. In all, she’s the perfect fit for our family. I just had my second baby and it’s such a relief to… know that she’ll be his doctor!!! Anyone with a negative review of her is a person that would tell you the sky is black when clearly it’s blue!

Not much care given for patient or parent.

She gives practical advice , very sweet and funny. Very gentle with my daughter. Made us feel safe and comfortable.

She was very patient with us, answered all our questions and even followed up with us afterwards. Very caring and kind- highly recommend!!!
