Dr. Ingrid Eliana Epelman De Dorra, DDS

This doctor is not a good person and her staff are even worse. She had me sit in for a consultation to go over pain in a tooth that already had been treated for a root canal. Dr. Epelman went ahead and charged me for a consulatation and CT Scan only to tell me she saw no visible signs of a canal that was untreated or left without treatment. She charged me over $300 for the visit plus fees for the CT Scan only to not diagnose anything and tell me the pain could be from the tooth behind the one that was giving me issues. She is not the right fit for an endodontist and should be sent back into training or some kind of program where they can evaluate and read CT scans better, since my new endodontist clearly saw the fourth canal in the same CT scan. The new endodontist performed the retreatment fine, but it is a shame that Dr. Epelman charged me for a consultation and CT scan only to tell me my pain was coming from the tooth behind tooth #3 Moler, when it obviously was coming from tooth… #3. She is not capable of reading these CT scans and I as a patient suffered from this. That's no excuse for her, she needs to do better at her job or refund me for a CT scan charge when she refused to do the root canal.

Unprofessional, rude, specially Lorena, she does not know how to deal with patients.

Dr Epelman is the best endodontist ever i am so thankful to God i found her" i know i wrote a review already of my experience with her she not only saved my tooth with the root canal it was painless even for me that i had a nerve issue with my tooth she gave me confidence again her and all her staff are so friendly and nice from Lorena in the front to her assistant that worked with her, they make you feel like family it really was a joyful experience going to the dentist again after all the torture i went through last year at another dentist office" Thank you Dr Epelman, and to all your staff for helping me, and for your kindness you all have such a big heart?????????

I was recommended to Dr Ingrid Dora. I had a horrible pain on one of my tooth couple of days before a family vacation. She went out of her way to take me in right away. She worked an that particular tooth and I was able to enjoy my vacation. She is very passionate , profesional and gentle. I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend Dr Dora. I would like to give to the Dr. Ingrid E. Epelman De Dorra ,DDS and staff 6 stars if I could. Nobody likes having a Root Canal, but if you have to have one Dr Ingrid is the BEST. She is very smart ,she has a good personality and "GREAT" experience .Dr. has a beautiful office that instantly relaxes you. The place is very welcoming and super clean. The office has the Top technology with all procedure. Dr. Ingrid explained exactly what she was going to do, She let me know step by step all the procedure.NO pain ,no discomfort ,no anxiety. The Dr. and staff made me feel so comfortable .Everyone was professional and friendly .I would definitely recommend this office if you need a Root Canal or Endodontic consultation.
