Did not do a thorough exam. If you see this provider once a year it’s like seeing no one at all.

I only went once. She had a pleasant manner and listened and did a good exam. When a certain spot in my pelvis hurt, she sent me off for some tests that eventually turned up a tumor. What put me off a bit was that it took her ten days to get back to me with the test results. In that space of time I called her office three times to see if they had come in, and was always told "she hasn't looked at them yet!" I was worried because the the technician doing the scan, came to my side and asked me if "my pain had been growing a lot lately". So I knew something was up. When she finally called to give me the results she was very brief, just said it was "a mass" and that I needed to see an oncologist, though she didn't think it was a malignant tumor. Gave me names of a couple of oncologists. It was all the info I needed, but I have to say that when someone tells you you might have cancer, even if it's a very slight chance, it's a big piece of information. I'm not sure what other things she… might have said but I'm almost certain she's not interested in knowing what the oncologist said or whether I even went to see one.

She treats you like you’re stupid and does not smile at all. You can tell she just wants to get the appt over with and I felt super rushed. She is very short and snippy. If you’re not nice and do not have good bedside manner don’t be a doctor...Do not waste your time!
