My impression after the initial visit is that Inna comes off as a very knowledgeable, intelligent and caring doctor.

I was admitted to ER several times over 3 months period and neither of the hospitals JH nor NorthWest doctors could not get Inna to return calls and talk to them. After speaking with Inna, she claims she didn't see the calls when her staff told us they had the time and the doctors calls on the record trying to reach her.

Dr. Gendelsman takes all the time you require to ask any questions and to make you feel comfortable. She is kind and thorough and asks many questions of the patient to try and diagnose the problems. She does not just shove you out the door, which is why you may wait a little longer, but it is definitely worth it. Great follow up also.
