Dr. Inna Kogan, MD

Dr. Kogan is AMAZING! She properly diagnosed my son after other psychiatrists misdiagnosed him. Not only is she a well trained physician, she is an approachable caring human being, which is equally important. She is somewhat maternal and comforting whilst challenging my son and holding him accountable at the same time. She is neither cold, nor rude as some have reported. She is sharp (tell me how well you can hear at her age), caring, quick witted, encouraging and emotionally available. She is not cold or clinical, quite the opposite. I am so grateful to have found her. I will see her as long as she is practicing!

I can’t believe this lady is a doctor! She was extremely rude and didn’t try to dig deep at all to what my problem is. I almost walked out of the door during the appointment. I went there to be properly diagnosed as to what kind of depression I have and what I should do about it. I wanted an explanation of the medicine she was prescribing and why. She just asks a few questions, insults you when you ask a question back, and then writes you a hand written medication script. Wast of my time! I am not trusting this lady to prescribe me medicine. Oh and she gives you a history quiz to test your memory! I’m 26 and went to college for finance. I do not remember historic events or presidents before I was born. Really? That’s the test for memory? Such a waste of time. Do not trust her to prescribe you medicine.

Very rude . Does not care about patient. Cares only about money .

Excellent doctor

Dr. Kogan is the best psychiatrist I have ever been treated by. She is very attentive, kind and knowlegeable. Her stuff is extremely accomodating and friendly.

Excellent doctor, she really cares about her patients and spends extra time. She helped me tremendously and I feel so much better! Her stuff is very polite and courteous.

Extremely rude.....doesn't really listen to my concerns and likes to argue instead of helping. I waited at least an hour for every scheduled appointment. She never even apologieses for her wrong doings....in other words, doesn't care.

She is pretty rude, will often interrupt you, and constantly forgets what you tell her. She writes things down but forgets that too so once she looks back she realizes she is contradicting your statements after all. Maybe she had it together at one point, but that is definitely not the case any more. Please be careful with her jumping to diagnoses, she caused months of damage to my stability due to poor judgment.

SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. CANNOT ADMIT WHEN SHE IS IN THE WRONG. EXTREMELY RUDE. GOES OFF ON TANGENTS ABOUT HER OWN PERSONAL PROBLEMS THAT IS NOT RELEVANT TO THE SESSION. SHOULD BE REPORTED.

Dr. Kogan is an excellent doctor, she just needs to get into a nicer office and hire some good staff. They are polite but very disorganized or altogether absent. Dr. Kogan also seems to be overbooked at times.
