Dr. Inna Shpats, MD

Worst doctor I have had the displeasure of visiting. This WAS my Mother's doctor as of today. Horrible bedside manner and no people skills. If you prefer to be spoken to about your healthcare, be treated with respect, and at a minimum someone pleasant to speak with - FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!

dr. Sphats has been my doctor for over 10 years. She is thiurough and only prescribed what is necessary. I respect her knowledge and to me her bedside manner is fine and I am not sure why some reviewers criticized her. Her nurse Sue is like a friend. She returns calls quickly. I will not change my doctor because I believe that Dr Sphats does what is best for me. One thing to understand is that dr Sphats looks more at the data and symptoms and not what you say. It is not that she is ignoring you but she is relying on facts and not emotions to deliver a diagnosis. That’s just my opinion.

She never really did anything for me. It was a first visit and the LAST visit. She is incredibly rude and acts as though you requests are igmored.

She is very rude and argumentative. Does not listen and diagnoses before examination. Claims you can't call for test results. Horrible bedside manner and very unhelpful.

I love Dr. Shpats and have been her patient for 18 years. She respects her patients and never makes them wait more than 10 minutes. She is very thorough and has a fantastic bedside manner. She is not one to prescribe unnecessary medication or order unnecessary testing. I cannot imagine going to another doctor ever. Her nurse, Sue, always returns phone calls and ensures that medicine refills are called in timely.

I used to visit Dr. Shpats , but when she gave me a pap smear, after the pap smear I stopped going to her. At the time I was going to her, they were just building and finishing the Cancer center. The reason was Dr. Shpats and her assistant purposely inserted I believe cancer cells into my uterus. Why am I saying that- the time she performed it, her and her assistant had something in a tube that she inserted into me and tried to hide it. When I asked her what was she doing or what was she inserting into me, she said that was the procedure for a normal pap. But the thing that made me suspicious was the way her and her assistant seemed to be hiding something, they were whispering and would not make eye contact. I thought that was very suspect. So after that I never went to her again. So 8 years later I am having abnormal bleeding in my cervix, which may end up being cancer. After that incident I felt something was very wrong.

This woman is probably a very good doctor BUT she comes off as unfriendly and augmentative simply because she does not smile, looks at you very little, and does not really listens to what you are saying. She answers your questions as if you are being punished. Her communication style is a MAJOR turnoff, to make a long story short. I can't see myself going back.

Dr. Shpats can learn alot from her nurse and office staff. They are a nice group off people very kind and courteous.Ever visit is like she is seeing me for the first time.Dr. Shpats never take the time to look me in my face. During every visit her head is down and she appear to be writting the whole time. I know she see many patients daily so I do not expect her to remember everything, but do expect her to show a little interest in me as her patient by referring to he notes.

This doctor orders what is necessary to assure wellness. She is very skillful and professional.
