Dr. Inocencio Dauz Candelaria, MD

Back injury that required an MRI. He did not order one. Then slandered me. Simply asking for help for herniated disc impinging on dorsal root ganglia. Another doctor had to resolve it. Incompetent and judgemental. A recipe for disaster. Protect yourself and stay away.

An here after a work related injury, which I was unable to walk completely, now know as a pulled muscle on left calf area. He examines me tells me to take an X-ray ..ok X-ray will not show ligaments or muscle injuries. Tells me it’s fine and states to me that it’s NOT work related. Tells me to go see my own dr for follow up. Gives my a paperwork which states I can go Return to work/activity Today.. I tell his “You do see I cannot walk?”, “why are you giving me a paper that states I can go back to full duty”’ He tells me you can go see your Dr. and he can tell you different I can’t’ ok..I did and was put on 5 days off because of my injuries! Wow what a difference an unbiased Doctor makes! Do NOT see this MD!

Bedside manner was fair, level of service provide and logic of diagnosis/treatment was poor. The diagnosis itself was fair, but in the doctors report Dr Candelaria was contradicting himself within the same paragraph in multiple sections. High incompetent and recommendable.

DO NOT go to this supposed doctor. I had the misfortune of being seen by Inocencio D. Candaleria, M.D. and he was supposed to treat me for a concussion, whiplash and a sprained lower back which happened when I was rear ended by a semi truck. My first appointment was fine and he sent me for chiropractic work and he also taught me some exercises I should do to help put the "stones" as he called them back into place. I was suffering from dizziness and vertigo from the accident. I also asked him why I was put back on full work status which would put me back into a bobtail truck when I suffered from severe vertigo and dizziness as well as the lower back pain. With my wife present he explained they did that because my job did not submit what I did for work. If they would send him that he would allow take me off of full work status. I called my workers comp rep and they sent it to me and to him. I completed my chiropractic and returned for a follow-up. Since my last appointment I had to… hired a workers comp attorney because I was injured on the job. During my second appointment with him he seemed upset at me and had me do a few basic lifts of my arms, bending over and touch my finger to my nose and then touch his finger. He then handed me papers that were already filled out before his examination and they now state that my injuries were non-work-related. This Doctor MUST be investigated for their incompetence or his complete lack of taking care of patients and pushing for the workers comp insurance not to have to pay too much. If you have to go to this guy or this office be prepared to receive very little care. If you can go somewhere else ASAP. I will be filing a formal complaint as I have paperwork from this Dr proving my injuries were in fact related to the accident.

I can tell he is not a good doctor at first glance. He shows no care for patients from his eyes and body language. He stares at his computer and keeps typing in your answers when asking routine questions. After all questions, he will tell you there are several options and ask which one you want to take. For my normal not so bad cold symptoms, he asked me if I want exhaler, cough medicine, or something else. I was shocked! Without listening to my lungs or any checking, how does he know I need exhaler and lets me choose whatever I feel needed!! He shouldn't be a doctor at all because he has NO passion to be a qualified doctor! Such non-professional doctor I meet first time in my life! Hey, "Dr. Candelaria", Change your career when you think you are still cool!

In my opinion Dr.Candelaria is an excellent doctor. He has a great "bed side manor", is friendly and easy to talk to. Takes his time and makes sure all questions are answered. He gave me literature to take home and ask to call him if I had any more questions. I have only on few occasions met a doctor who was so approachable and generous with his time.Dr.C was very knowledgeable every time I had a visit and each was for different issue. I can't say how pleased I am to find a good local family physician.
