Waited 3 months to see the Doctor Ramirez referred by Dr V. Patel only to have his office cancel me the night before. I called several times to get another appointment never returned my call. Got a call the other day from his office to confirm an appt for the next day. This was after waiting 5 months total . Office staff is Unreliable , irresponsible and unprofessional. Never got to see the doctor what a joke . When I called to leave a message with the supervisor in regards to the situation no one ever called me back .

After one year suffering from cystitis, Dr. Rivera has been the only Urologist who has paid attention to my symptoms and has dedicated all the time necessary to understand what is happening to me, he proved to be compassionate and to understand the severity of an interstitial cystitis and the need of a diagnosis in conjunction with other specialties since the possibility of a cause external to the urinary system could be causing this symptoms that has transformed my life into a Calvary. He gave me hope

Dr. Rivera's office staff is disorganized, unprofessional and at best incompetent. It is evident that the level of service as a provider does not reflect ratings by some as to the doctors experience. If the office is a reflection of this health provider, I would be very scared to be treated there.

Unfortunately this doctor does not have any consideration for his patients. My husband has been waiting 3 months for an appointment with the doctor and then he was called a week before to inform him that the doctor will not be in the office the day of the appointment. This doctor does not take care of his patients, instead he has them see a nurse practitioner. My husband wants and is paying to see the doctor not a nurse ! This is another example of when an office that keeps taking in patients (must be for the money) and then gives them mediocre care.
