After just one visit with Dr. Hall I knew she was the one for me. Very understanding and knows what she is talking about. Dr. Hall has so much patience and just really understood what I needed.

My experience with Dr.Hall has been great. I am a female immigrant, English is my second language and we get along great. She’s the type who will tell it to you straight if you trust to open up. I feel that she cares about me. In times when i messed up and needed something on short notice she has always had my back and i feel like i owe her a big thanks for those moments. I also love that she is very up to date with the science and research , she shows enthusiasm for trying new things.

I have been seeing Dr. Hall for over a year and I really enjoy it. She is very empathetic and understanding and has a genuine care for her patients. I am blessed to have such an amazing doctor. Each appointment she listens to me with concern and genuine love for helping her clients.

My own personal opinion has been that Dr. Hall truly helped me and actually realized I was on a medication for far too long, a previous psychiatrist never cared to change the medication. Dr. Hall informed me of many other ways to help me with my mental health beyond medications, and had she not changed the medication, I could have much worse outcomes and permanent damage. She's been a Rockstar in my mental health help and I am forever grateful. I very much reccomend her, and as unfortunate as some reviews I've seen have been, I still stand by her as my own personal health has grown tremendously, all thanks to her. I'm thankful I reached out and got the help I needed and more! I adore Dr. Hall and hope that she continues to help others with all her knowledge and all the amazing avenues she's shown me.

I would NOT recommend this provider. Her dismissiveness and unwillingness to thoughtfully consider my family member's concerns about some troubling symptoms directly led to a major mental health crisis that necessitated an ER visit and hospitalization. The psychiatric team at the hospital urged us to switch providers immediately, which we did. Dr. Hall is also NOT nonbinary gender-affirming and "does not entertain" gender fluidity. Additionally, she made very stereotypical and derogatory comments about homeless people, so be aware that if you are seeking a truly nonjudgmental provider, you'll want to look elsewhere. If we could do it all over again, we would choose anyone else besides Ioana Hall.

My daughter booked an appointment and Dr Hall didn't even show up for it. Left messages and emails for her and still no response. There are other similar reviews about her.
