Dr. Copeland has been my Doctor for many years. He is a excellent Doctor. His practice before HPN was IMA. Once HPN bought the previous company. The wait time in the office changed, extremely long hours, Dr’s left this office. You could obviously see the stress and rush put on The Dr. and his Staff. Dr’s left this company left and right. At my age I am very upset, I am looking for a Dr. because Dr. Copeland has left this same practice. I do not know why.

Worst primary care doctor I have ever had. I have to wait 3 months for appointments I make and then I wait in the waiting room for 45-60 minutes. I do not get phone calls returned from him or his staff. And yet he continues to take on new patients. Had the pharmacy call the doctor for a prescription i had no refills for and waited 3 days. After not hearing from the pharmacy, i called them and they said the doctor had not called them back. I called the doctor and they said he had gone on vacation. But of course no one let me or the pharmacy know. I had to go to Urgent Care to get my medicine. Do Not use this doctor.

The Las Vegas Valley is lucky to have Dr. Ira H. Copeland practicing here. Dr. Copeland will not sugar coat it so if you are overweight like me you need to exercise. Dr. Copeland cares about his patients!

Difficult to make appt. Many times you have to leave your number and "someone will get back to you within 48 hours". I think Dr. Copeland cares about his patients, but he is very sarcastic.
