Have been seeing Dr Liang for about a year she is a very good doctor but when I call into the office I get a call center and not part of her personnel staff to help me she put me on high blood pressure medicine which I really did not want to go on put agreed right now as we speak I am trying to get my blood pressure medicine refilled and Walmart will not refill it because I have to go back into the office to see her to get it refilled again I dont have a problem with this I called trying to make an appointment which she is booked up for a whole month I have 17 pills left on my prescription I called and left a message again with the call center and ask them what to do they said someone would call me back of course no one has called me back I am on hold this morning with the call center again have been holding 22 minutes ask for a call back still waiting don't know what to do at this point actually very frustrated I am ready to change doctors at this point.

Dr. Liang has been my doctor for awhile now and has always been clear and precise with me. I always make sure that she is covered by my insurance plan before I sign up for the year! She's been really good to me through various issues. I always recommend her when asked about a doctor.
