Dr. Boswell is an excellent doctor that actually listens to her patients and knows what questions to ask and what treatment to give. I have gone to several doctors in the past, but I have never had a doctor as good and as thorough as Dr. Boswell. She will call you at home to make sure that you are feeling better. No other doctor I have had has done that!

We have never had a better doctor in Rockford, IL than Dr. Irene Boswell. She is thorough in her assessments of what illnesses we have had and we have great trust in her treatment. She does take time to listen and converse with patients, so there can be a wait to see her. Her staff seems very friendly every time I have come into the office or called on the phone. The level of care received is exceptional!

I have found Dr Boswell and all of her staff to be very caring and compassionate. My husband and I have been patients for many years and she is always on top of it. I appreciate the time she takes with us in explaining and giving recommendations. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and getting a prescription refilled. There is a wait time, but that is because she takes time with each patient. Not always happy in waiting room, but worth the wait. Very fast and efficient!

Some days you may wait but the time she spends with you is great. She answers all your questions before you leave.

Pretty sure her husband rules the land. She is a good doctor but has horrible business ethics. Unqualified staff to save money. Why else would her husband work the desk? Probably acts as the nurse on occasion too. Stacy clear.

Dr. Boswell is the best Dr. we have ever been to. You may have to wait a while for your appt. but when you get in she will give you just as much time as you need and that is why she is always behind. But believe us she is well worth any wait. She will test you til she gets an answer to your issue and she calls you personally. Name another Dr. that does that. Dr. Boswell is tops in our book.
