Rudest person you ever met! Her husband is just as bad! Shame on both of them!

The staff here are very rude and condescending when they speak to you. I went to see Dr. Debra Skopicki for some skin issues. The exam was pretty brief and she basically waived off most of my concerns without really addressing what was wrong. I'm pretty sure she didn't even see what was wrong, because she told me, "It looks normal to me today." But how can you know what is normal if you've never seen it before ? She prescribed me a cream and also advised I use a specific shower gel. I noticed after leaving the office I didn't have the paper she had written the specific name of the shower gel on. I called the office and asked to speak with the doctor just so I could get the name of the product. The assistant, Stephanie, told me she was with patients and she would give the doctor the message. I called back again later when I had not received a call back and said I was following up because I would like to buy it today. Stephanie again told me the doctor was still seeing patients… and she hadn't checked her messages yet, but she would make sure she got the message. I do get a call back later - but it's not from the doctor, it's from Stephanie. She says the doctor told her this is the name of the product. Problem is, this is NOT what was written on that paper. I tell Stephanie this isn't what the doctor had written on the paper for me. She insists this is what the doctor even wrote down for her. I ask her to repeat it because she was speaking very quickly and I was writing it down - and at this point she starts raising her voice to repeat it. I am neither slow nor deaf. I told her she didn't need to raise her voice and that I wanted to speak to the doctor, which is what I asked for originally. She tells me the doctor is still with patients and this is the wash that was recommended (all of this with attitude and annoyance in her voice). At this point I've had enough of being spoken down to, and tell her she obviously doesn't speak English because I want to speak to the doctor, not her. She rudely hangs up on me. I call back again and get Stephanie on the phone, but now she puts me on hold and a minute or two later the doctor gets on. The doctor then starts to tell me that she OVERHEARD the conversation between Stephanie and I and that I was speaking rudely. I thought you were with patients ! How could you be with patients and overhear the conversation ? Which one is the lie ? That you weren't with patients and were somehow on another line listening to our conversation, or that you were with patients and didn't hear ANYTHING yourself, just took her word for it ? I don't appreciate being lied to and disrespected. All the while trying to speak with Dr. Skopicki, she continues to talk over me. All of a sudden, she tells me she thinks I would be better off seeing a male doctor in their office instead. When I ask why, she says, "Because to you, I'm not a good listener." What kind of response is that from a doctor and what does that have to do with treating me ??? I told her, "No, you just keep interrupting me." I am extremely disappointed in this practice and how they treat their patients. Patients are supposed to be your number one priority. Even if someone is upset or irritated on the phone, this is their health. Of course they take it seriously. Is that how you handle every upset patient ? The customer is always right. Without your patients you won't even have a business. I would not recommend this place or doctor to anyone who does not enjoy being spoken down to and made to feel bad about defending themself from being treated like an annoyance.

Rude, haughty, astoundingly unprofessional bedside manner. Graceless and frigid, Dr. Irene Rosenberg displays an absolute lack of empathy or tact toward her patients. I simply cannot even remember the last time I have confronted such an inappropriate communicative demeanor in a medical professional, and I would never deign to recommend any human being whose well-being I genuinely cared about to this doctor.

I ha d been seeing a a major dermatological group,for two months about a severe skin breakout, without improvemen, and a friend recommended doctor Rosenberg. At our first meeting, she told me she didn’t agree with the other diagnosis, believed it was a different condition, and took a biopsy to confirm,he suspicions. She was right, it was something totally different, has been treating me,with anti biopics, and my condition has improved significantly. I find doctor Rosenberg, to be very professional, pleasant to deal with,easy to talk to, and a person who listens to her patients and is concerned for their well being.

If I could I would rate her a 0. She is incredibly rude, very poor bedside manner, and constantly contradicts you. This is coming from someone who is a healthcare professional as well. I went to see her to get some things removed and to ask her about some spots that have recently appeared.I would NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!

I have been seeing Dr. Rosenberg for several years now after a recommendation from a family friend. She is always extremely professional, and has the patient's interests in mind. She is honest and knowledgeable.

She didn't give us any time. Told my daughter that if she doesn't show her it now she won't go home!!! Is that how you talk to children??? They are nervous enough as it is to be in a doctors office!!! And she called a cyst a burst blood vessel!! For real???

Rude staff. I don't recommend

She is heartless and I agree unfriendly and rude.

Told prescription was electronically sent to my pharmacy 24 hours ago. Still waiting for it.
