She is a work. comp. hack. She caters to the employers at the expense of the employees health. She does this to keep her contracts, as she gets about $300+ per person per visit. So it’s like herding cows in there, so expect to wait 2-3 hours with an appointment. There is no consideration for your time. She put me on narcotic pain killers (high dose) for years rather than treat the injuries. I later found out I was not supposed to be on them and put on a non-narcotic med. that actually helped, so I think her training in Mexico was not that good. She would not be able to cut it outside of work. comp. Her staff are rude and have tons of paper issues. Don’t go to her! There are better doctors....even in the WC system!

My husband id seeing this doctor under a workers comp claim. We have supplimental insurance that helps to pay his wages while he's off. Unfortunately this insurance requires documentation from Dr Sanchez' office. This has been so so difficult. Every time we submit a form for signature they either loose it or hold onto it for a week before we can get it back. This place does not care if they are affecting the financial livelyhood of their patients at all! Its so frustrating. I would never ever recommend this practice to anyone.

The paraprofessional staff was great to me and more importantly to the patient base. Even the onsite admin was good to me and the staff. I thought surgeons had the "god complex", she had them beat hands down. She is rude, condescending and just a nasty individual. I see by the other reviews at this web site I am spot on. She has a bad habit of dumping on her NP, PA's even when a patient specifically made an appointment to see her. She was known to have used the "F" bomb referring to a patient one day and that almost went viral on Craig's List under rants and raves(personals). I'm a nurse and come under being an advocate for my patient. She on the other hand is truly a company doctor. I pray as a Christian she has a Road to Damascus experience and has a true change of heart one day.

I was an employee of Dr Irene Sanchez Let me tell you from the inside. If she didnt like you then you were trash to her ,its her way or the highway ,shes rude and acts like her poop dont smell , shes all about the company and not the employee she dont care about you she cares about her making money, companys tell her what to do and she jumps through hoops like a monkey, Let me tell you how bad this so called Doctor is, I had sustained an eye injury that caused me my natural lens and cornea so being said i could not work for long due to the stress of my body so the company convinced me to get on disability until my surgery date after i would get my artificial lens and new cornea put in my eye i could return to work so i filed out all the paper work for my disability and a month later she sends me a letter in the mail firing me after they made me get on disability that a no no in the eyes of the law

Dr. Sanchez is quite possibly the WORST doctor I have ever seen in my life. Her staff is disorganized and unprofessional to say the least. Dr. Sanchez, a U.S. citizen, attended a non profit Medical School in Guadalajara Mexico, which speaks volumes about her credibility. I can say with confidence that she is by all definitions, extremely racist and prejudice against non-Hispanic patients. During my office visit there were nine other patients and only two were non-Hispanic. If you are seen by Dr. Sanchez, expect to be demoralized, belittled and have your character attacked by a rude, impersonal and inconsiderate practitioner with a MAJOR God complex. I am truly sorry if she is your only choice of physicians to choose from.

I don't recommend to see this doctor. I made appt to see her, not her PA's. For several times, she will either be not there or just leave before my appointment. Today, I called this morning just to be sure she is there. Before I left to her office in the afternoon, I made sure and call the office again. I was told that she is and will be there. By the time I got there less than 15 minutes later, I was told that she left. They want me to see the PA's. Give me a break. I wanted to see a doctor, not the PA's. I believe that she does not care about her patients. She does not respect patients time. This is not the first time. This is the 3rd or 4th time this had happend. ***** DO NOT GO TO HER *****

Very unprofessional, no phone manners, office manager is very unorganized.
