Great experience!

Had the most amazing experience! I was worried sick coming in for my skin cancer surgery. Dr. Vergilis-Kalner put me at ease with her bedside manner, her gentleness, and cured my cancer without any scar. Would strongly recommend if you ever need to be treated to choose this surgeon.

Completely unprofessional receptionist staff. Ilana kept me on hold for 15 min twice then hung up on me 3 more times, and I was just calling to schedule appointments for two people. If your front desk staff can't make a simple appointment then hire people that can. The receptionist desk is the face of the office and its a mess. If this is a reflection of your office then you just lost two patients.

I called the office and even though they did not have any availability, they were able to add me to the schedule when I told them I needed to be seen ASAP! Great doctor! Great staff! Will definetely recommend to everyone I know!

It’s a pleasure to be Dr. Vergilis patient. I have been seen her for the past three years and can’t say enough about her care, knowledge, and expertise. She is genuinely concerned about her patients whether it is for a surgical or a cosmetic procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Vergilis to those who seek a caring dermatologist. She has obviously "hand-picked" her staff because they are all so kind and caring. I have recommended Dr. Vergilis to a few friends and all have been very grateful.

Dr. Vergilis is, in my opinion, the best MOHS surgeon in New York and beyond New York area!

Stay away from this place. Two times I went over there and today it was my last attempt.Front desk girls offered me to pay 150 dollars cash payment to make my insurance looks better. They completely out of reality and seems to be nice but they don't know what they are doing. The first time I was sitting over there over an hour before they told me it's too late to get in touch with insurance company.. I have no idea how they survive the competition in this tough economic time.I will not go over there even if its the one and only office in Brooklyn.
