This physician put my health at risk by refusing to see me right away or give me authorization to see a specialist in an emergency situation.

I am a patient of Dr Wakam's and called her office on a Friday morning to be seen because I was in a lot of pain and arm numbness and Dr Wakam told me to take Aleve and she would see me on Monday. She has no sympathy for her patients. I'm now looking for a new physician.

This doctor incorrectly wrote down my medical history and it is now impacting what kind of insurance I can get. She was argumentative and unwilling to admit she was wrong when she was clearly incorrect. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

I have many medical issues, have had many major operations and have been treated by many medical doctors and she is by far the worse doctor in Ventura County.

This is by far the worst doctor, worst office that I have ever experienced. The office staff were always, always rude and it always felt as if you were an inconvenience to them. Dr. Wakam has no bedside manner, was consdescending and seemed just as put out as her staff to deal with you. Changing doctors is the best thing that I have ever done.
