Dr. Irfan Ahmad Handoo, MD

I have seen numerous psychiatrists across the country and Dr. Handoo is the best psychiatrist I’ve ever seen. I was amazed at how much time he spends during his appts, and any time I have been in a deep depression he has always come to the rescue and helped get me out. He sincerely cares and has a great sense of humor. He and his assistants Lauren and Katie are amazing and this is by far the best office to go to in Kansas City.

My doctor strongly recommended Dr. Handoo and said he ran the top ketamine clinic in Kansas City. I was really happy to see everything that he told me about. From start to finish, it has been a great experience. I have never had a doctor spend as much time with me as Dr. Handoo did during our ketamine consult and appreciate how thorough he was. From his nurse Zac and his assistant Lauren, everyone I have met has been so helpful. His nurse Zac really put me at ease and has been pretty amazing. My depression has already been the best it has been in years, and I've been very happy with Dr. Handoo and his team. Dr. Handoo is professional, attentive, patient and I was surprised at how much time he spent with me. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. The visit did not feel rushed as I have felt with other doctors over the years. He lived up to his reviews and I strongly recommend him. After one visit, I am already doing better.
