Dr. Sohail s a wonderful caring doctor. I feel and trust him

However...I have been calling for 3 weeks now and can't get anyone to return my phone calls about getting his medicine renewed. I have had my pharmacy give them a call, thinking this would help, but they have never returned the pharmacist phone calls either. He has multiple cerebral aneurysms and therefore, keeping his BP low is vital. He will run out this week. We did have an appointment several weeks back and went to the lab to do the work requested by the office, but then our appointment was cancelled because we were told we didn't do the blood work. Went back to Quest where they showed us the computer screen, and no request for blood work was ever requested. Only a urine sample. I am not sure what is going on. We really do like Dr. Sohail very much, but whoever is in charge of returning phone calls and submitting request to labs, appears to be in need of more training.
