Seen for emergency.Dr is not a warm person and acts like she really doesn't want to be there. Didn't introduce herself nor do anything to make this pt feel comfortable. Exam was decent and done mostly by technicians. Office staff was ok.

Staff barely looks at you and largely ignores you as you sit waiting. They keep you waiting -- you have to say you have to get back to work for them to pay attention to you. I've never seen such deplorable client care skills, across the board. Doctor unpleasant and seemed annoyed. I was appalled when I saw her scrunch up her face when she looked at my eye infection. Is that the best you have to offer? No communication regarding condition -- why it happens, what is done about it, how to avoid it. Sidetracked herself by testing to test me for distance sight while I was there for an unrelated emergency visit -- Huh? Made me wait to see her, but once exam started had me out of there in 15 minutes. What a complete waste of time! Go somewhere else where there is a caring staff and a physician who is very knowledgeable and demonstrates that.
