Don't go to her, PERIOD! Most surgeons want to do surgery, that is why they become surgeons. She is very quick with you, and does not like to be questioned by a patient. My father in law has acute urinary retention, and has had a Foley for over 40 days now. The long & short follows: after two appointments, surgery was scheduled. When she stated that she could not do surgery for almost two months, I almost died! We have an 81 year old man, who has had a Foley in for over forty days; needs surgery, and she wants to wait two months to perform the surgery. She stated that they could teach him how to cath himself until the surgery, or he could go home with another Foley. He has extreme arthritis in both hands, and would not be able to cath himself for two months. Their office called a week later and stated that they had to reschedule surgery for a later date, and could not even give a date. We found another surgeon who can perform the surgery this week. Stay away from her office!

I saw Doctor Jaeger for months for a continual peeing issue. She was most of the time nice to me. Her staff on the other hand at one of the locations was anything but nice. I asked her to do bladder scans on me all the time and flow tests and she would do this and scoped me once. Then came the day I was having real problems peeing and asked for her to help me and she wrote me a email saying she could do nothing to help me and then started to say go to other urologist. I was floored. the first time i asked her for help and she said she had nothing to offer me. Would I recommend her? No....

Hi. I am in the media and have a lot of health issues. One of my major ones is trouble peeing. I started to see Doctor Jaeger about a year ago and she is nothing short of being incredible. She is kind and great and patient . She communicates and even will communicate with me when she is out of town. She is doing her best to help me as I am a difficult case. She is a superstar for me and i am sure many others..

Does not listen. Has ZERO empathy for the pain she is causing you, and all she had to say was "DON"T YOU PASS OUT ON ME." Does not follow up
