Dr. Kiblitsky is simply the most amazing doctor. She’s is very knowledgeable and very kind.

I asked my insurance to find a psychiatrist to treat PTSD. They set up my appointment here. I was there over a half hour, 15 minutes past my appointment time before I even received paperwork to fill out (from a woman named Gallina). The paperwork consisted of you signing over your rights to be drug tested regularly, or it is equivalent to testing positive. I’m 42 years old, not a drug addict, not a criminal. They insisted that I take a urine test before seeing a doctor. I couldn’t believe it. The doctor had called out sick, and there was no one to address this with. It seems their standard practice but I’m fairly sure this is illegal, and a form of insurance fraud. There’s nowhere to upload a photo but the waiting room consisted of a dusty rack of blood testing vials - why not test me for vitamin deficiency instead? The cameras everywhere are another indication this is some shady drug treatment facility rather than a standard psychiatric facility.

Rude and clueless staff. NPs are useless. Parking is horrible. Wait time is like a couple of hours. Never again. Don't even waste your time.

The staff were nice but the nurse practitioner was judgmental and a little rude at times. I'm not going back.

You want to be REALLY listen to and taken good care of when you visit a doctor, especially when it comes to delicate issues and you're going meet a psychiatrist.She is just that.Patient and extremely caring, not of those docs who would just reach out for a medication without putting an effort into finding the true cause of your mental/emotional condition.Very devoted and knowledgeable.But for me,the most important of everything is her aproach and personality,warm and friendly. This visit brought me a big relief.Thank you,dr. Irina!

Even though the office is not cutting edge, you can tell the psychiatrist really cares. With me she went above and beyond the office visit; she called me back three times during the week and spoke for roughly 20 minutes each time to make sure I was tolerating my new medication. I’ll take a great doctor who is clearly not in it for the money over a high-end setting, where the doctor is unreachable.

Very excellent staff, respectful and caring doctors. I recommend this office to others.
