Dr. Irina Krym, MD

I waited two hours before I was called to see the doctor. When I inquired about the long wait time I received an attitude from the women working the front desk. I left before seeing the doctor as enough of my time had been wasted. I should mention that two other women walked out before me and they only accept cash or check.

Dr. Krym is amazing, her front desk is very unprofessional and very nasty especially the older Russian woman at the front desk!!! I suggested she get another job that doesn’t have to deal with the public... get another job lady!!! 5 Star for Dr Krym .. staff ??

Dr. Krym is an amazing doctor. I have not had a doctor as good as her ever She is very caring and knowledgable. The waiting time is long sometimes but it is compensated plenty with the rezuts of the appointment.

Dr. Irina Krym actually listens to you and does all she can to help! I love her!

Ridiculous wait and over testing

Dr. Krym is a good doctor but the office is chaotic. Every time I go there I am there for at least 3-5 hours. Some patients seem to bypass the front desk sign-in and go right in and others wait hours on end. Today multiple drug reps went through waiting room and were seen without a wait while patients who are sick spend hours waiting. Not to be a pain but I was told there was one patient ahead of me and still I sat in the waiting room for another hour.
