The wait is horrible, my appointment was at 3:30 and I had to wait for two hours to get to the doctor. Then for sono it was another hour. It was so horrible. Do not recommend the doctor. The front desk are Russians and they take Russians patients in and give them preferences. SO RACIST.

The doctor is great but the staff and office is horrible. I called five times so far to follow up whether my test results are in and if I can make a follow up appointment for a procedure. The first three times they said insurance is still pending and they will call me. I called my insurance company after a month and they told me that they never even received any claim. So obviously the office assistant was untruthful on the phone. I called again and asked why I was told the insurance is pending on 3 different occasion when I called when the paperwork was never even sent. They then said “sorry we will send it now and call you back shortly” for the follow up appointment. Another 2 weeks passed and nothing! I have been waiting 2 months and this is very frustrating! Dr. Mikheyeva please work with professional staff who doesn’t lie to your patients and at least calls them when there is a 2 month delay due to their fault. Also when there are important test results someone is waiting for… which is already nerve wrecking, this long process is certainly makes things even worse.

You will be waiting for 2-3 hours just to get your results. Only one doctor and 10 people at the same time. The worst experience ever. Everyone were complaining.

The office is always packed, never has any available appointments, you have to wait 4-6 weeks to see a doctor, the waiting time takes forever especially for a pregnant women, it takes 2-3 hours until you're out of there, staff is rude, had a horrible experience in which none of the doctors from this group showed up to my delivery on a friday/saturday. i was in the hospital for over 24 hours and no one came..... i called their office emergency line twice and no one called me back would never go back again. this was my first pregnancy and i would expect more attention. if you ever not feel good during pregnancy they never have any appointments that are same day. very irresponsible.

I found this office when we moved to NY. Doctor is always ( yes always late). She starts scheduling patients at 3 pm and she comes in the office at 5. I couldn't change the office because i was in my late pregnancy stage. She never returns phone calls I had cholestasis and was itching really bad, couldn't sleep Requested that she calls me back 5 times and she. NEVER did. Careless Doctor would. NOT recommend her to anybody

Asked me if I wanted additional tests done , I said no thank you. Tests were still done and I was billed. Called to get it taken care of and was told because the tests were done I had to pay regardless. So beware, and don't see her if you are not wanted to pay extra costs you didn't sign up for!

Nice doctor, very professiona and knowledgable. Amazing helper Svitlana, who assisted in Endometrial Biopsy. She took blood painlessly and were very friendly, answered all of my questions. My top recommendation to visit this office!

I used to go to Dr. Irina Mikheyeva for years, I donâ??t know why I never changed doctors, I guess I was too lazy to find a new one. Anyways, I saw reviews of Dr. Mikheyeva on another website and she had 4.5 stars, I rarely write reviews, but since I saw great reviews, I feel like it is my duty to write a review about her. She is rude, careless and not very knowledgeable. It was a traumatizing experience being under her care. Please choose your doctor wisely.

I am a 30 yr old female that went to the GYN office to do a hysteroscopy D & C under general anesthesia but came out with a very traumatic experience. I woke up numerous times throughout the procedure with excruciating pain. Unfortunately, I could hear and feel everything going on around but was paralyzed in terms of movement and speech. Tears rolled down my eyes as I felt helpless! After the procedure was done, I fell in a state of traumatic shock, anguish and broke down crying and demanding answers. I asked her and the anesthesiologist why I was not sleeping like they promised and they both brushed me off. Her staff is very rude and pushed me to do this procedure under the assumption that I would be asleep and could return to work the next day. That was definitely not the case! I was in horrible pain during the procedure and couldn't return to work till three days later still very weak. I have been put in sedation numerous times and never woke up in the middle with such… pain. She never had a pre-optic consultation with me to ask any questions except to tell me it was a simple procedure. She actually said her anesthesiologist gave me pain medication to deal with the pain after the procedure was done but not during. She also admitted that I woke up five times with pain and did not stop the procedure or give me drugs to suppress the pain. In my opinion, all the above were a bad judgment calls on both doctors! I as a patient should have been informed of any consequences and be given the choice on whether or not I would have wanted to proceed being awake.
